Can you help?  My Nas was declared broken by Buffalo Tech Supp. Most likely that the disks are fine though.

I had it mirrored so both disks should be the same.  I removed one and connected to my Windows 7 PC, under the system devises it shows it as a drive of the corrrect size and make, but doesn't 'mount' it as an accessable drive.

I tried downloading Explore2FS, however that doesn't seem to see it as a drive either (should it?).  Is there a way to be able to access the drive?

the drives are formatted to a Linux file system (xfs) so cannot be read natively by WIndows, you can try data recovery software like UFS explorer or install a Linux distro using a Live CD

PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.
Having network issues? Drop me an email: info@interwebsireland.com and we will get it fixed!
