All the sudden my Linkstation LS-X2.0TL being not detected, so I restarted it by taking off the power cable as there is no button for such a process and I can't shut it down from the NASNavigator because its not detected.

Then when I plugged it back again it gave me a noise, and then the led kept flashing in blue never ending, and I can't detect it at all.
What did happen and what should I do?

Firmware version is 1.57.

No the NAS Navigator2 isn't able to see the device at all.

so it have to be replaced, so what about my files inside? ofcourse it should be covered right? because i bought it to store my other backups on it, but i didnt back it up as i thought its stable, other wise if i will have a backup for every backup then this process will never end.

please tell me the harddisk is not damaged, and they will restore my data.
