Hi-

 

Reformatted my drive and thought I had backed up the encryption software and mac formatting software beforehand but I guess it didn't copy.

 

Now trying to download the new software but the download manager won't recognize my serial number-- "Serial number invalid" (seems like a common problem on this board)

 

My Model is HD-PNT1.OU3B-US

Product was purchased from Amazon in the USA

Can't help, but I've also had this problem with a refurbished LS-CHL500 V2, i.e. rejected the serial number on the product.

 

If I find an alternative link to the software download I'll post it back here for you.

More or less the same issue here with a TS-RXL. Fourteen digit SN beginning with 958. Solution?
