   I need to get help from someone other than the tech dept.  They have not been any help whatsoever.

I have talked with tech support on numerous occasions only to told they can do nothing.  Your Credit Card Authorization software or process will not accept my card due to an address match up.  I have confirmed all of the information with my credit card company.  I have Confirmed with your tech support on two occasions that I am filling the form our properly.  After 4 attempts, I now have 4 temporary holds on my credit card.  The charges went thru but your software says no.  Now I have to what for these charges to be removed before I can "try" again, according to your tech support.

 

Is there anyone I can talk with on the phone.
