TS-HTGL/R5 Will not joing AD Domain

Hello,

 

We have a TrraStation ProTS-HTGL/R5 F/W 1.22. It will not join the AD Domain. Our AD Domain is running on Windows 2008 R2 just so you know.

 

I have added it as a computer account in AD, made sure it is trusted, It has the correct DNS Entry, I made sure everything on it is correct., Yes it still will not join the domain.

 

Please if you have a good answer I need it.

Update the firmware to 1.35

 

However offically this unit was not designed to join a Server 2008r2 domain, only 2008, might work though.
