can only query domain group but not domain user

i have a issue with my Buffalo Terastation PRO, i managed to join to my windows AD. The issue is when query domain user, it come out empty, i can only query domain group. ANy help pls.

OP has a Terastation Pro which is more than 10 years old. What unit do you have? And what is the exact issue, start a new thread and provide as much information as possible.
