TS-H0.0TGL/R5 TFTP E06 lost boot image

i have a TS-H0.0TGL/R5 and it is booting up with TFTP E06 lost boot image in the screen
have 1 drive in bay 1
i have tried TFTP boot it sees the unit and getting a response of \TFTP Boot Recovery\initrd, buffalo, 9775
NAS Navigator 2 sees the unit on 192.168.11.1 255.255.255.0 and no gateway, workgroup "UNKNOWN" and in the middle of the lower box it says "Emergency Mode"
when i try use the TS-HTGL 1.33_1.32 or TS-HTGL 1.35_1.39 it recognizes the unit as HOST TS-HTGL-ME573 i get the following "failed to formatting. (ACP_STATE_FAILURE) , Updating is aborting"
