I have 2 x buffalo NAS units.
These 2 are on the Same home network, both are connected through the same 1GB switch, both have the same Ethernet Frame Size set.
Transferring from my PC to the LS-V2.0TL i gte a steady 50MB to 55MB speed.
Transferring from the same PC through the same swicth to the LS-X3.0TL its starts at about 45MB, but then looks to bottle neck down to a 20-25 MB speeds.
I cant see anything different between the two NAS network setups, even if i swap the cables around between the 2 NAS boxes the speeds do not swap with them, so i dont see howit can be a cable between the switch and the NAS.
Both are running the most recent firmware 1.56.
Any ideas why this is happening?
The LS-V2.0TL has a much faster processor and will trasnfer files at around 40-60MBps. The LS-X3.0TL will get around 20-30MBPS.
I have the similiar problem. My LS-X3.0TL file transfer speed is only 2Mbps.
I have another LS-CH1.0TL-US on the same gigbyte network which I can get about 15Mbps fiel transfer speed.
How do I get my LS-X3.0TL file transfer speed to at least 15Mpbs. I know some people can get more than 30Mpbs.
Thanks!
Chris
