LS-XL Blue Light Flashing continuously

After receiving the Emergency mode from my NAS, I tried updating the firmware to 1.68.
After few minutes it returned saying no response from NAS for 1200 seconds and aborted. Now the blue light is flashing and there is no EM mode or no data available in my NAS Navigator2. How to resolve this issue. You quickest help shall be highly appreciated.

hi,
I have same problem with LS-XL - bleu led flickering continiously.
I have tried
http://buffalo.nas-central.org/wiki/Category:LS-XL
but nothing happens.
Should one always set the IP to 192.168.11.1 ?
Thanks for any comment !

Yes, the IP of the PC has to be 192.168.11.1
If you have followed the TFTP process correctly and still on getting anywhere then more than likely you are looking at a failed disk.
