Replacing hdd help please LinkStation Duo LS-WX4.0TL/R1-EU

Hello and greetings to all.
my dog ​​has dropped my LinkStation Duo LS-WX4.0TL/R1-EU,
2 hdd broken, I regained the 2 new hdd, I put them in to the LinkStation, I still flashing info error 2 hdd are formatted in the NTFS how do I get back the same scenario that I had before the damage?
I'm desperate please help me!

You need to format the drives in windows and the delete the partitions so they can be unallocated. Next you will insert the drives in to the linkstation, don't power on yet. You will now have to do TFTP boot procedure so you can get the unit into EM mode and then force update the firmware.

You can try and insert one of the bad drives (preferably drive 1) back in to the unit and then put a new drive in bay 2 and see if the unit will boot up to where you can login at least. Sometimes the drives can be broken but you still have access to the units interface.
