Updating CS to new version firmware 2.28 cannot find

I must be doing something stupid, the firmware updater LS can't find my new Cloudstor.  What's the secret?

Check your Firmware version.

Mine is 1.11 build 2.28?, which is the latest.

Maybe your CS has already updated automatically (the default).
