??????????For some reason when my computer crashed and I have to restore it to a good restoration point my Backup Utility Tray Tool won't work anymore. I have tried re-installing the software. In the process it asked to uninstall first the existing software, so I tried uninstalling it, but it can't uninstall the Backup Utility Software. And now my portable HDD won't run the backup utility. Is there any other way to make the Backup Utility Tray Tool work again?
