Need help and Software for my Drive Station DUO HD-WLSU2R1

Hello all ;)

I have an old Buffalo Drive Station DUO HD-WLSU2R1. It worked for many years without any problems. In the past i had placed/configured the NAS with 2x2TB HDDs (Raid1 - i mean the model could only Raid1....it's so long ago *g*)
Past a view month ago one HDD had a malfunction, but i only had a 1TB HDD to be replaced. On the NAS there were only 300GB with saved Logs a Backup and i thought that the Raid take the capacity of the smallest HDD. But when i plugged the 1TB into...the NAS didn't Powered on. Each HDD for itself in a single case for checking worked probably. I organized a second 2TB HDD from a friend but now - don't know what or when it happend - the good 2TB from the Raid is empty. Now i have the Problem that i don't find the org. CD and no Backup of it with the Software to configure the NAS with a new Raid and i didn't get the NAS to recognized by any Windows. I have tried Win95, Vista, Win7, Win8, Win10 each in x86+x64. I tried different Buffalo Raid Utilities Versions and DriveNavigators i found the Web but nothing worked. I tried to download the v1.01 from 2012.05.07 from the JP and US Site but both says that my 14 digits SN is not correct for the model. I think it's because i live in Germany (Europe) and this old model isn't in the international DB's anymore.

So i hope that anybody could help me to share the org software with me or hep/support me to configure my good old Buffalo to run again.

Buffalo have completely left the EU market last year so you're s h i t out of luck.

I'll see if I can get the software and send if to you when I'm back home next week.
