Which Product is a RAID NAS?

I'm in the market to replace my 17 year old RAID NAS drive.    It's a 2T (1T with RAID mirror).    I'd be interested in a higher capacity - and hopefully under $500.   However, I haven't seen any of the NAS drives advertised as a RAID drive.   Why is that?

I'm not sure what you were expecting to see, any Buffalo NAS with more than one drive will be in a RAID configuration from the factory. All two drive LinkStations ship configured in RAID 1.
