LS210D Corrupted firmware, can't tftp

Hi,
I recently corrupted the firmware on my ls210d whilst trying to transfer debian to it. I tried using TFTP and the app from buffalo support to transfer but it just sat at accepting requests. It is connected to the only ethernet port on my PC, i have also tried disabling other network adapters and when checking the status of the connection the computer has received no packets. If anyone can help that would be awesome, this is what it looks like:
