How to let users to change their password themselves?

I set up TS-H2.0TGL/R5 recently.  But I have to let about 15 users to backup their important files by FTP.  I don't know how to let users to change their password themselves?

Not just create password by admin.  It's not secure.

Paul

You can log in as admin and create a user with a password for them, however they can not change there own.

if you have one of our products that sync up with active directory then you can use the AD administrate that.
