Terastaton 1400R Not accessible on Network

I have a problem.  My terastation is connected to my network in a data Center.  One of my windows servers there has the nas navigator installed and running.
I can see the Terastation in the navigator but I get a Yellow Triangle saying connection error, Drive information not returned, password information not returned, error information was not returned.  BTW both devices show up on the switch so I know they are connecting to the network.

Apart from pulling the unit and sending it cross country to me are there anythings I can try to get this connecting to the nas navigator?

So 30 views and nobody has any idea what is happening?  any ideas are appreciated.  Tech support from the mfgr is no existent.

yea i cant get tech support to email back anymore either.

sad, pretty sad. that they don't support their products any better than that.

Got a hold of tech support they have a 24hr number they dont advertise very well. Got mine fixed 1-866-752-6210

hope they can get you straightened out.
