Hello,

I need to download the firmware and run the TSUpdater.exe updater, but cannot find the firmware to download.

I have the HS-D1.0TGL/R5; when I go to downloads, then select archive, then select the model number, I come to the page where there are downloads, however, the firmware section just links to another page, and when I again select the model number, there is no file found.

What am I doing wrong? I have a request for assistance in to technical support since Oct 9, 2009 and have not been answered.

That second page requests a model number and serial number..  Are you typing in the serial number?  Also where have you requested assistance?

Thanks for the response. I was able to download the firmware - it was not under the archive section by model; just was confusing for me since that is where I thought it would logically be.

The firmware didn't help my issue, so I'm having a local guy try to fix it and/or pull the data off.
