New 4 TB unit.  Have it connected to APC BACK UPS 650.  When I go into Web Admin, I can't change the default value in the UPS from Disable to Enable.  According to manual, the BACK UPS is a valid product.

I'm so happy that NO ONE responded to my query.  So glad I bought this product and NO ONE answers my simple question, even the Moderator ignored it.

Correct me if im wrong but that UPS doesnt seem to use USB, which is what the quad uses for UPS.

taken from the UPS website "Provides management of the UPS via a USB port (not available on all models)."

How exactly are you connecting it and what firmware do you have installed.

PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.

I have the same issue with the 8TB version.

Firmware version: 1.62 (DTCP-IP:1.60-20120615)

Connected to a Powercom BNT-1500AP USB, obviously with a USB cable.

I also have an APC  Smart-UPS 1500 which i'm gonna try, but it looks to me like the buffalo itself thinks it doesn't support USB connected UPS, since the radio button is essentially greyed out.
