Linkstation LS421DE and LS441D shutting down

Hi,

I have two linkstations which shut down automatically. I tried various methods to not to sleep but still shutting down. Any method helps? I believe there are no switches on both NAS.

The LS421DE has a switch on the back but I assume you have it in the "on" position

There are settings related to sleep and low power that can be found in the manual, it sounds like you've looked into that as well but it may be worth further review.
