LS-wxl maximun drive capacity

Hi,
can anybody tell me the current max drive capacity for my linkstation ls-wxl/r1. Current firmware is 1.74. it has been working almost flawlessly with the same drives  (one 3 tb + 1 640 tb) for almost 8 years. I think it is time for an update.
