Need English Language driver / software for Japanese only (?) external drive [[G]]HD-PSG40U2-BK

Hello ... new user here, name is Sam.   I just inherited an older, I think, external hard drive from my friend in Japan.   It's a model [[G]]HD-PSG40U2-BK which I think means it's a 40Gig drive.  As I said, I suspect it's about 4 or 5 years old.   I'm trying to use it on my WinXP SP2 system back here in the USA.

 

The system seems to recognize it ... "My Computer" shows 3 new devices (2 hard drives, 1 CD) when I plug it in.  There's also a pop-up menu that shows up in the middle of the screen, all in Japanese.  And another icon down in the system tray that says something about "Buffalo" when you hover over it.  Everything else there is in Japanese.   My friend didn't remember having any materials in English when he bought it, and can't even find the original materials now (can any of us ever find that stuff 2 or 3 years later?).

 

Other than finding a Japanese speaker here (I don't know any), are there any drivers / manuals / etc. available in English that will help me with this device?

I think we need to contact with the vendor because their is no english version driver.
