Hello,

After turning my drive back on the blue light doesn't stop flashing and when I try to reinstall the NAS Navigator it will not find the drive, neither will my ipad or windows 10 will find the drive. The drive doesn't even show in the router's control panel. I not sure what to do, any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Eastmarch

This is a sign of an unbootable NAS. The most common reason for this is a bad hard drive making the OS unbootable.
**A single copy of data, even on a RAID array, is NOT a backup! Hard drive failure is not a question of IF, but WHEN! Don't take my word for it, take Google's!**

Thanks for the reply!

Can anything be done to recover the data or have access to drive? Could the drive be placed in another enclosure?
