Webaccess will not work

Terastation on Cisco ASA 5505

ASA shown it open port 9000 and packets going to the Terastation. When changing the port on the Terastation to 9001 and then changing it back to 9000 it will allow the connection once and then the connection is no longer working. Again i change the port only on the Terastation i did not change anything on the ASA and it will work for a second and then it refuse the connection again.

Try to use port 6000 or 8081 same results.

Help ????? 

Terastation config with static IP. as well as my public static ip forward to the Terastation.

I have no problem to ping the Terastation
Telnet it on port 22
use it on port 80 for the setup access

Webaccess is the only thing that is not working for me.

Also when i try to use the lan ip on port 9000 nothing happen as well.
