Buffalo Ministation HD-PZU3 password app not working

Help,

I am unable to access my buffalo ministation
after connecting to my laptop, it dosent auto pop up to enter password. and when i click on the password icon, it pops up
"SLME Input Password app has stopped working"

how do i resolve this?

Uninstall and reinstall the latest version of SLME?
PM me for TFTP / Boot Images / Recovery files  LSRecovery.exe file.

I downloaded the SLME from buffalo website. Can't install it onto the hard disk coz unable to access the buffalo ministstion
