Buffalo MiniStation 500gb ceased to be determined by the computer

Hello peeps,
need help with my hd because i still need to copy some of my information from there :(

i got this buffalo ministation 500gb and now my windows can't see it as a local disc,
and looks like hdd can't properly start because i think of power shortage, blue light works not right as always with good working it,

well for about one mounth earlier hdd starts work not properly, it works very slow, sometimes threw away than i need to recconect the cable and it's worked again, and when i copied the files from it wass sooo slow so u can't imagine how,

how can i check it or backup some of my files there, maybe u got the same problem,

First try on a second PC with a separate USB cable, second, does it appear in disk management or device manager?

yes and forget to say

i think that 50% of my issue depends of the connection with cable,
because when sometimes i plug it in and move cable (just a little) - sometimes the hdd start work and my pc can't see it
and sometimes it connected and get to me the sound of the issue

i know that sound starts earlier when the pc haven't power to start properly the hdd

yes just checked it on my second pc with another cable (macbook)
it work without any sound as an other computer but can't identify it properly,

mac starts main program with information about reparings / fixes any bugs with hdd
i just can delete all information, formating it

what shall i do? i just need to backup one little folder at my external hdd
