Telnet to LinkStation failed

Hello,

 

I was trying to Telnet to my LinkStation using Teraterm. The message returned on the Teraterm screen was "Connection refused". I used the Telnet port #23 and SSH port #22, both resulted in failure.  I appreciate any help.
