I have a LinkStation Mini (500gb)  and I have seen the device has apache as the webserver.

Is it possible to replace the index.html with my own page?

The apache server on the LinkStation mini is used to control the user interface to the management options for the device.  Replacing any of these files or modifying the apache configuration is not currently supported.
