After looking from your Ebay link of the type of disk you are using with our device it definitely seems that those disks are not supported to be used with out device. Those disks are in the BD-RE BDXL format which is not one of the supported version of the disk that can be used with the device. You want to tell, that the disks "BD-RE TL" & "BD-RE QL" what support this device BRXL-PC6U2B are not the BDXL format ?
What then there is "TL" & "QL" - where these disks ?

After reviewing your email, the device itself is manufactured by Buffalo Technology, however the software is support bye Cyber Link. I have problem with Optical Disc Drive BRXL-PC6U2B - discs Sony BD-RE XL 100GB not support, because have "Sony ET2-002 MID CODE".

Regarding your concern, please let us know the exact issue which you are facing and provide the below mentioned information:
1. Please provide me the DxDiag.txt log file so that I can assist you further. To generate the log file follow these steps:
Start --> Search --> Run --> dxdiag --> Save All Information --> a DxDiag.txt file created
2. Provide me the screenshot for the error message (if any) you are getting. To take the screen shot please follow the steps:
a. Press the Print Screen key on your keyboard when the error appears on your screen.
b. Click on Start -> Programs-> Accessories-> Paint.
c. Paste the screen capture there by pressing Ctrl+V
d. Save the file with the extension name .jpg and then send to CyberLink Support for analysis.
3. Let me know the format of the files on which you are trying to work.
MediaInfo is a tool to check a media (image/video/audio) content format in detail.
1. Download MediaInfo from link below:

2. Open MediaInfo
3. Drag the clip in the MediaInfo
4. Select File > Export > Text > Click "…" button to save to Desktop > click OK to save as the .txt file and provide for us.
