Hi,

Drive was working fine. I saw an updated firmware was available so decided to update. I went to the Downloads page and entered the model # as LS410D0101. (I have a 2TB). It downloaded a file called LS400_SERIES-130_fwmac.dmg (I have a Macbook Pro with Snow Leopard).

When I clicked the .dmg file, it showed an Update app. I ran that and it found my NAS drive, downloaded and proceeded to update the drive. It seemed to update correctly and finished within 3 minutes or so.

But it seems to have changed the IP address and I can no longer access it via Navigator. Navigator can see it, but wont allow me to change the IP address back. It does not ask for a User ID, but does have a password field. I have tried both my regular password and the default "password".

I tried running the Update program again and it no longer finds the NAS drive. I can see it in Navigator and even the OSX Finder.

My local network uses 192.168.8.x addresses. Navigator shows the address as 192.168.1.105.

Has anyone else seen this issue? Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks
