Poor service to small business

The service we have received after the sell is very poor.  We ordered equipment that was covered by warranty on Friday monring, June 14 to be shipped overnight in which we were charged for.  As of 4:20 PM EDST, June 18 no one in your company can tell us if the equipmetnt has even been shipped.  This is talking with people in Austin Texas, not India or the Philipines.
