Problem in Connecting Link Station 4TB (LS-WXL) to power supply

I have bought this unit new from Amazon. This week. I am trying to get it setup but I seem to have been left without anything to connect the unit to a power source. It seems that I have a short cable with a round plug and an on/ff switch which connects to the power adapter and then on to the plug. This however is a two pin plug not used in the UK. Have I missed something or is there something missing? Di I need to get a continental / US plug converter?

Contact UK support for a UK plug head, one should of come in the box.

Do you mean Buffalo UK Support or, since it was bought via Amazon, shoud I try both?

UK support would have a stock of them and should be able to send one directly to you.

from your PM, I'm guessing you got the power cord. Have you installed NasNavi to a computer, so you can detect the LS on your network, and configure the GUI settings?
