Finding the Name and Web Access not working

I logged into my LS-CH1.0 today because I was just trying to see what I had named it when originally set up.  I tried logging into the Web Settings, entered the login/password and it just keeps saying "please wait" cycling through a blue bar.  Nothing happens.  The last time this happened it was because I needed to update the firmware but the LED light is blue so supposedly the firmware is fine.  No idea why this is happening.

Also, i can log onto the web access on a machine in the same network as the NAS (but can't do it elsewhere because i need the name) but when I log in there and look in the Settings, nothing appears to happen there either.  I thought maybe i could see the name there, but either i can't see where that would be or it just isn't there.  Doesn't look like the Settings button does anything other than ask what language you want to view it in. (???)

Anyone out there with thoughts on this?

This is just another in a long list of issues I've experienced with this NAS.  There is no way I'd ever recommend it to anyone, I'm beyond frustrated at this point.  It's been nothing but trouble.
