Trying to set up web access for a LS-GL. Please help new to this

I have just brought a second hand 1TB LS-GL and was trying to set up the access on my iPhone, but when I try and add a new BuffaloNas.com name it wont find it, it just comes up with Invalid BuffaloNAS.com name. Hope this isn't a really stupid question.

One last question, Is there anyway I can view the files on the drive over my iPhone on through the wifi?
