I have a problem with a 1TB TSLive (HS-DH1.0TG1-R5) locking up. Just purchased the unit and have had it setup only 3 days. Loaded about 150GB on thus far. Setup factory RAID5. It has been running flawlessly until this morning. Sometime overnight it stopped working. No error codes on LCD. Still reads as though it is working, but the LED for HardDrive3 stays lit after booting. Works correctly for about 15 minutes after a reboot, then nothing. When try to access it thru the network or shares, it shows they exist, but won't open the folder.

Possible a drive is going bad already? (BTW, they are Samsung drives). Does it automatically run any kind of diagnostic, or just the defrag?

Anybody else had this happen? Any ideas?

Try resetting it to defaults from the web interface. Is the drive light green or red?
