   Good morning i would like to buy a DriveStation Quattro™TurboUSB 4.0TB HD-QS4.0TSU2/R5

is it compatible with Linux 2.6 kernel ? does it support ext3 filesystem ?

Thanks in advance

The RAID setup utility is not compatible with Linux, but it may run in WINE, we haven't tested that. The device itself should work with linux once the RAID is configured, and there shouldn't be any problems formatting it with ext3.
