Can't access my 2TB Cloudstation locally - it keeps asking me for a password, which I hadn't set. So I added a user on Pogoplug.com and set a password and rebooted the device. It still asks me for a password but no user name, and won't accept the password I set. I can't upload files to it over the web, either from my PC or my phone - they both allow me to select a file to upload, but the PC just says "failed"; the phone (Android) allows me to select a file to upload, but nothing happens - when I select the file it just goes back to the app main screen. Am I doing something wrong or is this device really as big a crock as it seems to be?

Thanks Brian! That worked, but there's nothing there to indicate what the problem might be. Also, I'd assumed that once I logged in I'd have local access to the drive, but it only takes me to a device settings menu. Is there any way that I can use it as a standard NAS drive?

OK - it seems as if I'm making some progress. I can now access it on the local network and I can read it over the cloud. Still can't upload from the cloud, but I'll keep trying. Thanks again, Brian.

Now it's disappeared off the network. I wonder if I can get my money back.
