Accessing Shares

Hi, I have a terrastation rackmount.  I cannot access the shares from a XP 64 bit workstation.  Must the client software be on every computer.?

The software is not needed.  Try mapping with ip address (\\IP_OF_NAS\folder_name)

also try disabling all of your antivirus software and firewall software on the client machine, once the machine maps then you can turn all the software back on.
