I just purchased a HD-WL4TU3R1 (2 Drives, Each 2TB, USB 3.0).  It's connected to a USB 3.0 controller card on a Dell server running Windows Server 2003 R2, SP2.

Upon initial connection the drive was recognized and I was able to access the FAT32 partition.  It was shipped in a RAID-1 configuration.  I elected to delete and recreate the partition before formatting as an NTFS volume.  After recreating the partition (full size - approx. 2TB), I have been unable to format.  The format runs nearly to the end and then fails with, "The Format Did Not Complete Successfully".

Any advice?
