LS-QVL format all my hdds?

So I bought a  LS-QVL  and put in my 3x 2tb ( filled with data )drives in it. After updating firmware, (take me a good 5 hours because of random tweaking), all the contents in all my drives are gone (they were all filled) so i used power data recovery to do a advance scan (not deep), and find everything on my drive A. But when I scan drive B, everything look the same as drive A, so does drive C. (yes all the drives are supposed  to have completely different data)

 

 

So what happen here? Does my NAS try to do some kind of RAID configuration without me knowing and thus mirror every drives? But can it does it in 5 hours? (the amount of time I have them plugged) then after the firmware update deleted all the contents? Deep scan seems to give me something different but deep scan doesn't save files names! which is more important than saving all the contents. Is there anyway I can save the entire list of files name?

 

I don't even know where to begin to recover my data because the mirroring might have overwrote my data already, and thus the recovery can only find the data after the mirroring. Anyone have the same problem? Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

LSQVL doesn't have original harddrives. I put 3 of my harddisk in, update firmware, and got my drives formatted. The process takes a while because I don't have cd rom and thus have to find the drivers here on Buffalo, and finding a correct firmware to get passed the "emergency mode" displayed on NAS netivgator takes me long enough. The 5 hours time is mentioned because I can't believe the NAS can mirror all three 2tb drives and format them in 5 hours. 

 

Though i remeber I press on the "tool" button during the process. Not sure if the tool button actually trigger any function though.
