I have a Linkstation Live model with the Bit Torrent software and I've installed it on a Windows XP Pro SP3 system. This system has multiple Windows users defined - one for me and one for my girlfriend. However even though both of us are defined as administrators (I believe) I can only see the device and the software from the user that I used to install it from. If I try to install it again using the other user, Windows says the software is already installed. Has anyone else seen this issue and if so do they have any ideas about what I need to do to make the LinkStation visible and useable by both my Windows users?

Generally speaking, when you install something on a machine with multiple accounts, it'll ask you to install it just for you, or for every user on the machine. However, as long as you know the IP Address you can map and access the drives. Just go to Start-->Run-->Type in     \\IP_OF_NAS and then hit enter. Then you simply right click on whatever share you want to map an select "Map Network Drive".

I was able to solve my problem by logging on as the other user and then rerunning the mapping function in the NAS application.
