Cannot Login to Buffalo NAS through Web Browser

HI,
I have a BuffaloNas ModeL:LS-CH1.0tl which was working till last week, but suddenly the folder mapped on Windows is no more accessible. I went to the webpage of the NAS but I get connection refused error. When I FTP into the NAS using Filezilla I get connection refused again. How do I solve this issue ? I have loads of files in the system which I need access to.

There is a new sticky topic in the storage forum related to the Windows 10 anniversary update and problems accessing a NAS.

Doubtful, if he can't access it using FTP then it's not related to the same windows 10 issue others are having.

This problem occurs independently of Windows 10.  Is this a firmware problem???  Suggestions?
