Setting up Linkstation LS-XL

I do not succeed setting up Linkstation. The error message says "setup can not be completed". I have deactivated firewall. My os is Windows Vista, but I have also tryed a computer with Windows 7 in the same workgroup.

What should I do? I have tryed continue installing NAS Navigator 2. It seems ok in my workgroup. But when setting up web-access the default password does not match. Therefore I went back to set up Linkstation first to get access to reset factory settings and password.
