LS-L500GL always goes to EM mode after Power down and up again.

Hi

My EZ LS-L500GL was in EM mode after a power outage. After FW update, it came back to working mode. But after that every time it is turned off and turned on again, it always goes to EM mode. (Only firmware V1.04 works on my Vista PC. The newer FW V2.01 has no differnce and it worked one time but never work again.). (i did this power off/on and FW update more than 5 times and tired :(.

Can anybody help me to solve this problem?
