Can't see unit at all! HELP!

Hi:

Friend of mine knows I have several Buffalo units. He brought over a LS-WX2.0TL/R1 that has no access at all! There is nothing
with Navigator2, it is completely blank. Lssetup is blank. There is no IP address, no drives, nothing.

I have tried swapping drives and other cables. Nothing.
