Hi,

I have recently formatted my PC and upon installing the NAS navigator (easy setup) the program said failed to find device.  It is connected via ethernet cable to my PC.  I follow the on screen instructions to the letter, press button wait for lights to go green, top light solid bottom light solid /flashing.  Im in a bit of a pickle as I backed up all my photos music etc to this blasted device.  Any advice as to how to fix what has gone wrong.   My only saving grace is that all of my photos and music are also on DVD's, but not my saved games :(
