Unable to access Web Interface from different subnet.

We have a Terrastation Model # TS-RX8.0TL/R5 

 

The terrastation is on subnet 11. We can access the web interface if the client is on the same subnet.

 

If the client is not on the same subnet, we are unable to access it.

 

Any suggestions?
