I have a ts-2.0tgl/r5 that died(board fried). I bought a ts-H2.0tgl/r5-r and tried to move the drives to this terastation to recovery my data. When booting I received the NO BOOT IMAGE e06 error. I have read the forums about this error and recovery procedures but I wanted to verify there is no issues before I attempt the repair. I cannot lose the data on this RAID volume.

If this is on ok migration what are the proper first steps to follow.

Thanks!!

You cannot transfer drives between 2 different models of the terastation, since each model is specific to the firmware and the specs of the board you will get the E06 error

So I have no choice for data recovery other than buying another ts-2.0tgl/r5 ?

There is professional data recovery services as well as a program called UFS Explorer

Where do I find UFS explorer and how can I use it to recover my data.
