Hi there, can any one help me?

I have bought an LS-CHL 1.5TB - LS-CHL : LinkStation a few months ago. The unit has been working fine up until past sunday when I began to get error messages in Windows of Delay Write Fail. I ran a diagnostics and got nothing unusual. However when I try to copy large files into it, I loose connection. I can I solve this?

Thank You.

Please consult your local Buffalo service centre for warranty claims as it seems your hard disk is going to be faulty soon.

Hi there,

Is it for sure the hard disk?

Couldn't be the network interface in the LinkStation faulty?

I have run diagnostics inside, through the web-manager, and it report ok, no problem.

It's not for sure that it's the HDD, but if your data isn't backed up, now would be a choice time to do it.
