   Everything is set-up in my webaccess, i can also upload remotely.  My question is,  can I also download from my Linkstation Pro Duo?  If yes, how?  Thanks!

You can down load from it by using the web access.  You can just resave the file to the local machine your on.  You can also set it up as an FTP server, and opening ports 20,21, in your router.
